Shipping policy

We fulfill orders Monday-Friday.  Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.

 

We will send you an email notification once your order has shipped with your tracking information.

 

Ground shipping is free within the United States for orders over $75.  Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days.  We ship from Traverse City, Michigan, so delivery may be sooner if you are closer to us.

 

USPS Priority Mail shipping and Priority Mail Express shipping are available within the United States for an additional cost. Delivery time is typically 1-3 business days.  US orders over $150 will ship for free via USPS Priority Mail.

 

For our customers outside the United States, delivery time with economy international shipping is 3-4 weeks (a bit less to Canada and the UK). The shipping cost for one Polar Express Gift Set is USD $15 - $20 to most destinations.  Note our prices do not include import duties or VAT - we're sorry about these additional costs.
