Placed an order and thought I knew what I was getting. When it arrived I thought it was missing part of the order. Contacted Magical Bells and explained what I was Missing asking if they could ship me one or if it was better to do a return and exchange. Turns out what I was missing does not come in the kit anymore. Magical Bells shipped what I thought I was missing to me out of the kindness of their heart at no cost anyway. I feel bad about my misunderstanding costing Magical Bells to lose profit from me but also feel amazed to find a company that puts customers before profit.
The sleigh bell was exactly what I was looking for. The gift box was neatly done and really completed the package of a wonderful gift. My young cousin's face light up with delight when he open the gift.
We bought one bell a few years ago for my first grandson. We now have another little one coming along, so figured we should buy one for when he/she is old enough to appreciate it. We also bought one for ourselves, to hang on the tree for next year!! High quality bells, that have a nice ring to them.

We have more than a few bells of varying size and quality....all intended to replicate those seen in the thoroughly enjoyable movie. None have exceeded the presentation and quality of sound of this gift set. 100% worth the modest and reasonable purchase price! Very happy with our choice.
Our daughter is four years old and her best friend is five and we just gave them both their bells so that no matter where in the world they are they’ll always have each other with them. They’re absolutely beautiful thank you very much.

This was perfect. Along with the "Ticket to Ride" tickets i bought? Absolutely perfect. Was going to buy the "full package" large bells, but wife said no.
Side note? I was looking for 100% silver bells. Nobody makes them. I'd have bought them from you, if you made them.
Also? My Gandfather came from Finland. He was a reindeer herder, named Nicholas. I have heritage reindeer bells that have been in my family for many generations. Your bells are spot on for authenticity. Heritage bells "ring" with a different sound. But I LOVE your bells!

Just last week I saw the Polar Express movie for the first time. It was magical and I had to have the bell to give my son for the fun memory.
The bell is gorgeous and packaged in such a lovely red velvet bag for safe keeping.
