I ordered 2 of the magical sleigh bell kits and was absolutely astounded at the quality. The box included a train ticket, a message and a beautiful sleigh bell that rings exactly like in the movie. The silver bell is large, solid, hand made and is as authentic as you can get. I've been looking for years and finally, finally found Magical Bells online - the best sleigh bell on the market. We took the girls to the Polar Express experience in Durango, CO when they were young and they each got a sleigh bell which I bring out every Christmas. Now that they are grown and moved out, they are taking their ornaments and favorite Christmas decorations. I wanted to have a set of sleigh bells for my own and these are identical to the ones the girls got a decade ago. Great memories!

I’d always wanted to buy this bell, so I finally did! I bought each of my kids the set with the train ticket as well, and this one for myself, and I couldn’t be more pleased. There’s just something so nostalgic and magical about it. I know that I will be putting this out every Christmas, and sometimes ringing it just for the share pleasure of it. The bell is beautifully made, well packaged, and presented. Don’t delay, just do it!

I ordered the train ticket with the Polar Express bell and it didn't arrive. Emailed and Mike responded and sent the ticket, at their cost to complete my gift. I'm buying the bell for someone in the 40's who let slip they love the film. You know, you buy something hoping it will at least be as good as they say. Well this exceeded their description. It's a beautifully made thing in all respects. Merry Christmas.
Placed an order and thought I knew what I was getting. When it arrived I thought it was missing part of the order. Contacted Magical Bells and explained what I was Missing asking if they could ship me one or if it was better to do a return and exchange. Turns out what I was missing does not come in the kit anymore. Magical Bells shipped what I thought I was missing to me out of the kindness of their heart at no cost anyway. I feel bad about my misunderstanding costing Magical Bells to lose profit from me but also feel amazed to find a company that puts customers before profit.
The sleigh bell was exactly what I was looking for. The gift box was neatly done and really completed the package of a wonderful gift. My young cousin's face light up with delight when he open the gift.
