Refund policy

We hope you are happy with our sleigh bells! If you would like to return the bells for any reason, please send them back in their original condition within 30 days.  Click this link to initiate a return:

Important - please include the packing list with your return. If the packing list is not included, we may not be able to identify the order and then we can't process the refund.
